Job Details
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to initiate and manage creative relationships with clients. As our point of contact, you will lead design projects from initial discussions through to the final product, ensuring customer satisfaction and design excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and creation of visual materials, including website layouts, branding materials, advertisements, and social media content.
- Translate creative briefs into visually appealing and effective designs.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering their growth.
- Oversee design projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and align with client expectations.
- Maintain and uphold brand consistency across all design materials.
- Ensure all design work aligns with the client's vision and objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design tools.
- Apply innovative thinking to design projects, pushing creative boundaries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a creative agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional design.
- A portfolio showcasing your design projects.
